Reactions As Shehu Sani Communicates With His Followers In French Saying Coup In Gabon Isn't A Usual One
Former Kaduna Lawmaker and member of the peoples Democratic Party, Shehu Sani, on Thursday, took to his verified Twitter page to communicate with his followers over the ongoing crisis in Gabon
It is no longer news that the military Junta in Gabon have finally taken over the affairs of the nation after they ousted the president, Ali Bongo
The act was however carried out following a presidential election that Ali Bongo was declared as winner
Sani has now written to his followers in French language over the recent takeover
According to Sani, he said what happened in the country is not the usual coup d’etat but a conscious and patriotic intervention
Sani said that the people of Gabon were tired and needed to liberate themselves. He said that the united nation and other African bodies should allow the new govt in Gabon to restore dignity and true democracy back to the country
