The petitioners made charges of anomalies and stated that throughout the trial, they would rely on spreadsheets, inspection reports, and forensic analysis presented with the petition. However, Mohammed held in his lead opinion that the petitioners failed to establish which polling units the alleged malpractices happened in, the amount of votes affected, and the polling unit agents who reported the alleged irregularities and malpractices, among other things.
