Like Peter Obi, Atiku Tinubu is scheduled to visit some states affected by flood in the coming days, and also, the presidential candidate of the APC, Bola Tinubu has reportedly donated about 100 million naira to flood victims.
Before now, Peter Obi had advised the presidential candidates in the country to set aside their campaigns and find a way to help the people of Nigeria who are affected by the current national disaster.
He revealed that as a leader, it is not right for presidential candidates to continue with their campaigns while many people are suffering as a result of the excess flood which has damaged properties and led to the death of many.
