Tribunal Judgment: I Watched How The Constitution Was Deliberately Turned Upside Down – Dele Momodu

Dele Momodu, Director of Strategic Communications for the Atiku/Okowa Presidential Campaign Council, has reacted to the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal verdict. The final verdict which was made by the five-man judges of PEPT led by Justice Haruna Tsammani, ruled out the petition filed by the People Democratic Party (PDP), Labour Party, and Allied Peoples Movement (APM) against the victory of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

According to Vanguard , the PDP chieftain condemned the judgment made by the judges, saying that he was surprised when those who lack a sense of history and care less about the verdict of history, brazenly and deliberately turned the constitution upside down. Urging all Nigerians with good conscience not to get angry with the judges who delivered the judgment, rather they should have hope in the country.
