PEPC Judged 25% In FCT With Constitution But Failed To Do Same To Transmission Of Results – Kenneth Okonkwo

Following the outcome of the presidential election petition yesterday, Kenneth Okonkwo who is a legal practitioner and chieftain in Labor party has expressed his dissatisfaction after the court nullified all the evidence provided by the petitioners as “intagible evidences”.

The Nollywood icon stated that PEPC cited the constitution when it wanted to judge the issue of scoring 25% in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja but neglected the constitution as regard the issue of electronic transmission of the election results from their respective polling units.

Kenneth disclosed this through his official Twitter page on Thursday. His statement came after the Tribunal had passed its final judgement on the petition raised by Peter Obi (LP) and Atiku Abubakar (PDP) on Wednesday.
