PDP Declared Adeleke, Ogunbiyi And Other For Osun Guber Primary

In a statement released on Thursday, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) announced that it has cleared Senator Ademola Adeleke and Akin Ogunbiyi to run in the Osun State governorship primary.

It also approved the participation of former Secretary to the State Government (SSG) Abdulateef Akinbade, Emmanuel Olusanya, Dele Adeleke, and Dotun Babayemi in the exercise as well as others.

Mohammed Adoke, chairman of the Osun State Peoples Democratic Party’ s governorship screening committee, made the announcement yesterday in Abuja while presenting the panel’ s findings to the party’ s National Organising Secretary, Umaru Bature.

In addition to serving as former Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation, Adoke stated that the screening was carried out in accordance with the PDP’ s constitution and procedures.

Members of the committee were thanked by Bature for their dedicated devotion to the party, and he stated that the party would ensure a level playing field for all candidates.

” Osun is a significant state for our party, and we feel that the work done by this committee will ensure that all of the hopefuls are satisfied with the outcome of the election. ” ” We will be able to demonstrate to the aspirants that we have done everything possible in their best interests. “

Ayu, the national chairman of the People’ s Democratic Party (PDP), also committed yesterday to level the playing field for all presidential contenders running on the party’ s platform.

He gave the assurance when the publisher of Ovation Magazine, Dele Momodu, and former president of the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN), Sam Ohuabunwa, paid him a visit to express their interest in running for president of Nigeria on the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) platform in the 2023 presidential election.

Ayu stated that the party does not have a favorite candidate for its presidential ticket, and that members of the party will determine who would be the party’ s presidential candidate in the 2023 presidential election.

Momodu stated that he was at the party secretariat to inform the Chairman of his desire to run for President as a candidate of the party in the upcoming presidential election.
