The labour party governorship candidate in Delta state, Ken Pela has stated that his petition has been readmitted at the tribunal and the pre-hearing conference was held

It is no longer news that the Delta state labor party governorhip candidate is currently challenging the victory of the peoples Democratic Party PDP candidate, Sheriff Oborevwori

It would be recalled that the independent national Electoral Commission, INEC, declared Oborevwori as the winner of the governorhip election that was held in the state after which Ken Pela stormed the court to challenge his victory

Ken Pela, in his post, said that his petition has been readmitted and pre-hearing conference was held where all parties involved presented their documents and also responded to questions arising from the petition
