“As far as I know, the campaign council has not been inaugurated. First is because the chairman of the campaign council (Buhari), which is no secret, was away in New York to address the United Nations General Assembly. The Director General of the Campaign (Lalong) was also in New York for the same purpose.”

“There is no way you want to go and inaugurate a campaign council in the absence of the President who is also the chairman of the Campaign council nor do you expect the campaign council to be inaugurated when the Director General who held the operational wing of the campaign is also out of the country.” –explained Oshiomole.
