Obi Defeating Tinubu In Lagos Is The Beauty Of Democracy, And It Indicates Election Sanctity – Sen Iyiola Omisore

The National Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Senator Iyiola Omisore, has stated that a presidential election rerun is a wish considering the Labour Party, LP.

The National Chairman of LP, Mr. Julius Abure, had entreated individuals of the celebration to be alert, following statistics to be had to him that the APC had already made preparations for a probable rerun of the 2023 presidential election.

However, Omisore, who spoke on Tuesday while he featured on Channels TV’s program tagged Politics Today, stated: “There’s a manner in which the Labour Party deceives their followership. They use the fake court, for instance.

“Peter Obi, who came third, stated they’re going for a rerun. How does he recognize that the court will order a rerun? So the Labour Party is now judging the tribunal? They are jokers.

“The LP Peter Obi defeating Bola Tinubu in Lagos is the beauty of democracy, and it indicates the sanctity of that election. It indicates the neutrality of the celebration, and it indicates the evidential purpose APC gained throughout the board.”

On allegations of inner wrangling inside the APC, Omisore stated: “We aren’t privy to any inner wrangling inside the APC. It is the creativeness of people.

“We have moved some distance from that; the difficulty of Senator Abdullahi Adamu assisting someone is an antique issue. They are simply seeking to play the antique game. Basically everyone is operating collectively as one.”
