A former Senator and National Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Senator Iyiola Omisore, while speaking during an interview with Channels TV Politics on Tuesday, stated that all President Tinubu has been doing since he got into office are “decisive strides,” which is not strange to Nigerians because it was enlisted in the Party’s manifesto before he was elected.

He made this statement when speaking as regards the party internal affairs issues that have risen concerning the optimal leadership of the party and to give a review of the effect of the President’s initial policy decisions in just 43 days of his presidency, in which Nigerians are still feeling the pinch of these policies.

According to the Chieftain, there are no issues going on in the party as everything is going well, plus the APC is a winning team, which deserves some accolades and encouragement because the most turbulent time they had was when contesting for the presidency, but they still won despite all odds, ranging from the fuel scarcity to the Naira crunch crisis. he noted.

Further, “so far, since the president has come in, he has taken strides that have not happened in this country in the last 4–50 years, and these strides are “decisive and courageous strides” that Nigerians applauded. Again, the point is that every step he took was in the manifestos of the party; nothing strange. So, Nigerians Voted for President Ahmed Bola Tinubu because of these programs he is running.”
