They Sold The Muslim-Muslim Ticket Even Though The Voices Of Obi And Atiku Said No – Mahdi Shehu

Businessman and activist, Mahdi Shehu, has said that the Muslim-Muslim ticket was rejected by the majority of Nigerians, and that it was just 8 million Nigerians who are still doubtful that voted for the ticket.

In the report which was made by Sahara Reporters on Tuesday Wednesday 29, Shehu said that both the voices of Peter Obi of the Labour Party and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party rejected the Muslim-Muslim ticket.

He said that the people who promoted the Muslim-Muslim ticket knew that there was no justice and fairness in it, yet they went ahead with it.

He said – “They sold the ticket even though 14 million people in Nigeria said no, the voices of Obi and the voices of Atiku said no. In uniform, 14 million people said no. Only eight million people that are still doubtful vote(d) into the booby trap.”

Speaking further, Shehu said that now the Muslim-Muslim ticket is causing hunger in the country, and that the people who were promoting the ticket are not saying anything.

“Now, it is Muslim-Muslim ticket at play increasing hunger, starvation and insecurity all over the horizon. People are traumatized, confused, bewildered and dislocated. Everybody today in Nigeria is on his own. Everybody for himself, God, survival of the fittest and the devil take the hindermost.”
