"Umahi Behaved As If He Is The Only Qualified Person In Ebonyi State" -Osita Okechukwu Knocks Umahi

Following the nomination of former governor of Ebonyi state and senator of the federal republic of Nigeria, David Umahi as one of the ministerial nominees, the Director General of the Voice of Nigeria, Osita Okechukwu, has questioned Umahi’s behaviour. He knocked the former governor of Ebonyi State, Dave Umahi, for not pushing for anyone else besides himself to be the minister from Ebonyi State, considering the fact that he won his Senatorial Election.

According to Osita, Umahi Behaved as if he was the only qualified person from Ebonyi state. Osita Okechukwu stated that he does not know why Dave Umahi thought that he is the only person from Ebonyi State who can be a minister.

Osita also stressed that he still remembers how Dave Umahi knocked out his opponents during the Senatorial Election. According to Osita Okechukwu, instead of Dave Umahi to go to Bola Tinubu and tell him that he is satisfied with being a Senator and also remind him of the need to have more ministers from the South-East, Dave Umahi accepted to be a minister.

In his words “Umahi behaved as if he is the only qualified person in ebony state”.
