PEPT: If The Judges Had Nullified The Election And Ordered A Rerun It Would've Made Sense- Abdullahi

Ibrahim Abdullahi, the Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the People’s Democratic Party has come out to say that it would’ve made a lot of sense if the tribunal judges had nullified the 2023 presidential election and ordered a rerun.

Recall that two days ago, the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal court upheld the victory of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and dismissed the petitions from the opposition parties and it’s candidates. Now reacting to that development, Abdullahi who appeared in an interview on Arise TV this morning said that it’s a shock to the PDP that the judges found nothing wrong with the presidential election.

In his own words as seen on Arise TV this morning…

“There were a lot of evidence that were provided by the parties to nullify the election. If the judges had nullified the election and ordered for a rerun, it would’ve made a lot of sense. But for the respected judges to say that from the beginning to the end, there’s nothing wrong with the election, it’s a shock to us. We are yet to recover from the shock.”
