Liverpool fans have Tielemans transfer theory after ‘mysterious club’ makes £19m bid
Sky Sports report that Arsenal, who are said to be interested in signing him, have not submitted a bid. They add that the Belgian, who has entered the final year of his contract with Leicester, is available for £25m.
Many Liverpool fans believe that the Reds are this ‘mysterious club’.
