'Ask Dele Momodu What He Was Doing In Port Harcourt For Almost 2 Weeks, Singing Wike's Praises' – Wike

The Minister of the FCT, Nyesom Wike has referred to Dele Momodu as a professional praise singer who had once praised his administration in Rivers State. The FCT minister raised questions over the electoral value of Dele Momodu in Edo State and if the party had done well in his state. He also denied ever appointing Dele Momodu as a consultant in his state while he was governor. 

He said in an interview with Channels TV news, ”These are people they call professional praise singers. Ask Dele Momodu what he was doing in Port Harcourt for almost Two weeks, singing praises of Wike and its administration. Look at him today, what is his electoral value to the party? I don’t want to go into the discussion of such characters, if I come to the public to do that, it will be very bad. What is his electoral value? He said he’s from Edo State, Ask him did PDP make 25% in Edo State. Did we win any Senatorial positions? Did they win any House of Rep?”
