The National Executive Committee of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) has expelled Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso.

If you recall, NNPP 2023 Presidential Candidate Kwankwaso was suspended by the party’s leadership at the National Convention over anti-parties activities and alleged mismanagement of party funds
He allegedly refused to appear before the NNPP Disciplinary Committee to defend the allegations against him.
The Acting National Publicity Secretary of NNPP, Abdulsalam Abdulrasaq issued a a statement stating that the National Executive Council (NEC) of the NNPP had expelled Kwankwaso.
The statement read: “The refusal of Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso to appear before the disciplinary committee which sat on Thursday, August 31 after being duly invited in writing, he is hereby expelled from NNPP with immediate effect.”
It also stated that Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso will be reported to the right authorities to answer questions on mismanagement of public funds.
