A Nigerian woman has taken to social media to express regret as she remains single a decade after she cancelled her wedding to her fiancé.

The pretty woman confessed she called off her wedding two weeks before D-Day because she met a wealthy man who she believed was a better choice than her then-fiancé.

According to her, the wealthy man had promised her marriage and a comfortable life, so she didn’t hesitate to call off her wedding to start over with the rich man.

She said her ex-lover was devastated and had to relocate abroad out of shame. Sadly, ten years later, her relationship with the rich man never worked out, and she is still yet to find another man for herself.

While she’s still unmarried and trusting God for a spouse, the fiancé whom she left for a rich man is now happily married with three kids.

“10 years ago, a man proposed to me and I accepted it. So we planned to get married and I called off the wedding 2 weeks to the date because of another rich man I met.” She said in part.
