Kogi Monarch and paramount ruler of Ankpa kingdom, His Royal Highness Alhaji Abdulmalik Umar has appealed to subjects and title holders in his domain to become agents of new transformation and innovations in the kingdom.
The Onu Ankpa gave this advise on Monday during the coronation of eight illustrious sons and daughter of his kingdom, saying the recognition was not meant to encourage mischief, set back and dearth of positive ideas , but an opportunity to attract healthy competition in the area of development they have been known for, that brought about the honor.
He said his decision to honor such large retinues of sons and a daughter of his kingdom was borne of communal roles and successes recorded overtime by the recipients, so as to encourage them to do more.
