In a video that has gone viral, Ejikeme explained that she printed her result from the portal, which displayed a score of 362. However, when the QR code on her result sheet was scanned, it revealed a different result belonging to someone named Omotala Afolabi, showing a score of 138. Subsequently, after rechecking, the result showed 338 for Omotala.

Upon this discovery, a concern was raised, and the matter was reported to the Commissioner of Education in Anambra State. Her result was then forwarded to a JAMB official who later alleged that it was forged. Ejikeme emphasized that the Department of State Services (DSS) was involved in the investigation, and she and others involved had to provide statements. The DSS assured them that they would conduct an inquiry into the source of the result.
