If you have not Conflicted with your Man or Woman, both of you are Pretending- Blessing CEO
Nigerian controversial relationship counselor, Blessing Okoro, popularly known as Blessing CEO, has taken to social media to disclose that spouses who do not engage in disputes on different occasions are not sincere with themselves in their relationships and marriages. She made such disclosure on Instagram.
The beautiful marriage therapist who spoke about such issue through her official Instagram page, revealed that one of her clients came to her complaining that she does not last in relationships, adding that her partners are always saying that she is too difficult to deal with.
According to Blessing CEO, her client felt her issue was spiritual and had thought that she is an “Ogbanje”, which literally means “someone who repeatedly dies and returns to the world”.
Blessing CEO however, revealed that she made her to understand that she is not an “Ogbanje”. According to the mother of two;
“Every relationship and marriage must have conflicts. You test the strength of your relationship and marriage with conflicts. If You’ve not fought, if you’ve not had misunderstanding, kept malice, you don’t know your partner. The only problem is that we keep going to the wrong people, if you meet a man that is not right for you, everything you do for him will be a problem, so most times we are in the wrong relationships. If you get out of a relationship, you need to heal and understand who you really are so that somebody else does not give you a wrong narrative about yourself. Just because you have arguments and conflicts doesn’t make you an Ogbanje, when you have arguments, it simple means you’re intelligent, it’s only takes intelligent people to argue. Argument simple means I don’t see this thing from this point of view, this is the way I see it, argument is what helps you learn but sometimes when you start to ask people questions it feels as if you’re interrogating them. Every marriage has conflict, it’s from conflict that you test the solidity of your marriage. If you’ve not had conflict with your man or woman, the both of you are just pretending, it’s still child’s play”.
