"If Tinubu Doesn't Give Palliative, People Will Complain But Now They're Saying 8k Is Small" – Isaac Fayose

A brother to former governor Ayodele Fayose, Isaac Fayose, took to his social media platform hours ago to react after President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu announced that there will soon be an eight thousand naira palliative given to some households in Nigeria.

Isaac Fayose said, “I just realized that someone cannot please everyone in this life. If President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu does not give palliative at all, people will complain but now, those same people are saying the eight thousand naira (N8k) is too small.”

Speaking further, Issac Fayose said, “I also realized that some people who literally beg for amount lesser than eight thousand naira on social media platforms are also talking down on the eight thousand naira palliative.”

Recall that Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s aide, Dele Alake, made it clear yesterday that aside the eight thousand naira palliative, there are more long-term interventions the government will put in place to cushion the economy-related hardships Nigerians are facing.
