If Tinubu Doesn't Give Palliative, People Will Complain, But Now They Are Saying 8K Is Small -Fayose

Isaac Fayose, the brother of former governor Ayodele Fayose, recently expressed his thoughts on social media following President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s announcement of an upcoming 8000 naira palliative for certain households in Nigeria.

Fayose acknowledged that it is impossible to please everyone in life and highlighted the contradictory responses from people. He noted that those who would complain if Tinubu did not provide any palliative are now criticizing the amount of 8000 naira as being too small.

Furthermore, Fayose observed that individuals who openly request for amounts less than 8000 naira on social media platforms are also belittling the palliative.

It is worth mentioning that Dele Alake, an aide to Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, stated the previous day that in addition to the 8000 naira palliative, the government has plans for long-term interventions to allete the economic hardships faced by Nigerians.
