As per The Gateway Pundit, Joseph Biden, President of the United States, on Friday welcomed the nation’s Governors to the White House during the National Governors Association Winter Meeting. His right-hand woman, and whom some have referred to as “carer”, Kamala (not the Ugandan giant) Harris joined ol’ Joseph in the East Room.
Biden is completely shot so people have started saying. He was all over the place and had absolutely no idea what he was babbling on about – and ol Joseph can certainly babble. Just ask one of his best friends, Barack. And remember, Barack’s wife, Michelle might be running for office in 2024. Watch that space.

Then he looked at Governor Murphy and dropped this gem, seemingly thinking Donald Trump might be President…
