‘I will not make it public’ – Funke Akindele’s ex-husband, JJC Skillz speaks about his new marriage
Music producer, Abdulrasheed Bello, better known as JJC Skillz has addressed a question about his new marriage.
Tontrends reported that JJC Skillz allegedly got married to an Ebira woman, identified as Falilat Raji.
Reports claimed that the private wedding was held on the 10th of February, 2023, in Kano state, and had only family and friends in attendance.
In a recent interview, JJC who is the ex-husband of Nollywood actress cum politician, Funke Adkindele while addressing news about his new union said marriage is a personal choice and he won’t want to make it public.
He said: “If I decide to marry or choose which way I want to go, it will be a personal choice and I will not make it public”.
JJC Skillz announces separation from Funke Akindele
Tontrends reported that on Thursday, 30th June 2022, JJC Skillz announced his separation from his then-wife, Funke Akindele over irreconcilable differences.
He wrote: “Dear friends and family I need to let you know that Funke and I have separated. While it lasted we shared a lot of things together and have created 2 beautiful children.
“The last two years have been extremely difficult. The last two years have been extremely difficult for us. I know I have tried my best to fix things, but I believe it is beyond repair now. 3 months ago and at Funke’s insistence.
“I moved out of the house and, apart from AMVCA, have not been able to get Funke to sit down in an amicable matter to discuss the future of our relationship. I’m making this announcement, so the public knows we are both pursuing separate lives.
“We still have issues that need to be addressed, such as custody and wellbeing of our children, which is paramount, as well as business interest which needs to be disentangled, but I have no doubt that these will be resolved one way or the other”.
