I Will Buy Him Goats And Layers, So He Can Spend His Days Rearing Goats – Shettima To Atiku Abubakar

The Vice president, was present at the court yesterday during the judgemental declaration. After election tribunal affirmed president Bola Tinubu’s election, the Vice president made a statement outside the court room regarding the PDP presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar.

In his word, he made a statement saying;.

“We are not going to retire Atiku Abubakar to Dubai or Morocco. I will retire him to Kombina, I will buy him goats, broilers and layers so that he can spend his days rearing goats and broilers”.

According to the news shared by Arise , Shettima said Atiku Abubakar is an elder statesman that he holds in a very high esteem. The nation needs him, and his experience is not something that can be bought in the market place.

He went further to say that we will tap into his experience and exposure, to move Nigeria to a better place. He also apologised to those he might have offended through his utterances, saying politics is a game of nerves.
