Few moments ago, Labour Party Presidential Candidate, Peter Obi publicly came out to react to the rumours making rounds about him and Arise Television host, Rufai Oseni.
Recall that for the past couple of days, they has been rumours making rounds about the Labour Party Presidential Candidate bribing popular Nigerian TV host and Journalist, Rufai Oseni.
The rumours has been making rounds for quite sometime now and Peter Obi doesn’t seems too happy with that as he has finally taken to social media to react.
In a post shared on his Official Social Media handle today being Monday the 28th day of August, 2023 The former Anambra State Governor revealed that the rumours is just a cheap and malicious blackmail against himself and Rufai Oseni who has challenged him on numerous occasions while speaking truth to power.
Mr Obi revealed that everything said about him and the journalist is a categorical lie. He further stressed that everyone who knows him very well will testify that he will TG not give anyone money to promote his name.

“There is a recent case where my name has been mentioned in a malicious and cheap blackmail against one of Nigeria’s best television presenters, Mr Rufai Oseni who has stood sternly for what is right and has challenged me fearlessly on some occasions while speaking truth to power”.
“I have recently been mentioned to have bribed Mr Rufai Oseni by financially sponsoring the burial of his father. Let me clearly state that this is a categorical lie, everyone who understands or follows my approach to things will attest to the fact that I do not give anyone money to promote my name”, Peter Obi wrote and it stirred massive reactions from the general public.
