I Advise Tinubu To Release Nnamdi Kanu Because He Won’t Be The One To Divide Nigeria—Primate Ayodele

On Sunday, Prime Minister Elijah Ayodele urged President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to free Nnamdi Kanu, the head of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). In a statement released by his media assistant, Osho Oluwatosin, Primate Ayodele said that the only reason IPOB members are crying out is because they are being marginalized, a problem that is readily fixable.

The leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church reportedly stated that because Kanu lacks authority, he cannot materialize the Biafra Republic or create a split in Nigeria. Primate Ayodele declared that Nigeria will divide amicably and without bloodshed at the allotted time of God.

He said, “President Tinubu should look into the issue of Nnamdi Kanu and let justice prevail. I advise Mr. President to release him because he won’t be the one to divide Nigeria. He cannot even actualize the Biafra Republic in Nigeria. Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB members will only make noise. They are only shouting because of marginalization, which can easily be resolved; they can’t cause division in the country.”
