STEP 1. Dial *170#

STEP 2. Select option 6 (my wallet)

STEP 3. select option 7 (Airtime)

STEP 4. Enter the amount of transaction to be reversed

STEP 5. Then enter 1 for performing process reversal.

STEP 6. You will receive a confirmation SMS for a successful reversal.
