GOVERNOR WIKE RELEASES FUND FOR IMMEDIATE COMMENCEMENT OF REPAIR WORK ON EMOHUA-KALABARI ROAD
His Excellency Governor Nyesom Wike has approved the immediate commencement of rehabilitation work on the over 2 kilometres critical failed sections of Emohua-Kalabari Road.
The Governor has consequently released 100 percent of the fund needed for the project, and construction work will commence on Monday 31 October, 2022.
The reconstruction of the major road connecting Kalabari Kingdom to the rest of Rivers State will consist of both concrete (rigid) and asphaltic (flexible) pavements to prevent its dilapidation in the near future. The project is expected to be completed in six weeks…….Continue Reading
