According to Arise TV, Rotimi Akeredolu, Governor of Ondo State has officially resumed duty from his home in Ibadan after returning from his three-month medical vacation in Germany. Rotimi Akeredolu returned to Nigeria from Germany on Thursday where he treated his undisclosed ailment for three months.
After resuming duty on Friday, Governor Akeredolu met with stakeholders from the state, including the speaker of the Ondo State House of Assembly and leaders of the Ondo State All Progressives Congress (APC), who also met with him at his Ibadan residence.
While addressing the stakeholders in his residence in Ibadan. He said…
“I came back yesterday, and as you know, it was a long journey. I decided that I must meet with you today. God has done what the majority of our people wanted. The majority of our people here knelt and prayed for our return, and we have returned. I will be alive to complete my full tenure in office. I want to tell you that I am back, and I will resume work immediately”
