GEJ, as the former president is known, named Governor Okowa as Nigeria’s incoming Vice-President in a video that has been making the rounds on social media.
Mr. Jonathan went on to say that he is ready and eager to cooperate with the PDP to win the election in 2023.
For his part, Governor Okowa said it was crucial to enlist President Jonathan’s backing because with his support, the party would be well-positioned to win in February.
