PEPT: If They Had Done What We Have Been Telling Them, We May Not Have All This Noise – Yabagi Sani

Inter Party Advisory Council chairman Yabagi Sani asserts that there wouldn’t have been any difficulty surrounding the 2023 election at the Presidential election tribunal if the petitioners had paid attention to IPAC’s position on the need of cohesiveness. He claims that because he was declared the election’s winner, every other political party is required to support the President.

He claimed in an interview with Arise TV that “the country needs a certain kind of cohesion that must be done on purpose.” You make no inference that it will handle itself. The reality that Nigeria does not begin and end with the APC must be stated. When Asiwaju’s vote total is added to the votes garnered by the other two opposition parties, the two opposition parties received even more votes than the President.

However, it is not what is important; what is important is that the President has been pronounced the victor, therefore we must all band together and support him. I can assure you that all of this commotion we are seeing right now might not have occurred if they had followed our advice.
