Women are wonderful creatures of the world whose presence is as a result of men.

Men can not do without women and women can not do without men.

Yet women face a lot of infections due to some one or two avoidable reasons or behaviors.

A new revelation uncovered shows the bad or negative effect of women going to bed at night with pant or underwear on.

The study recommended that women go to bed pantless for their own safety reasons.

According to research about 18% of women adheres to this research with the rest wither ignorant about it or has no knowledge about that.

Though most women wear underwear to bed at night due to the fear that something bad may or could happen to them at night.

Most also have the notion that should either firemen, police men , paramedic or even armed men come to meet them n@ked at night, it would be an embarrassing moment for them.

Due to that most sleep in pajamas and underwear either in winter or summer.

According to health experts the reasons made by the women is no better excuse as they are prone to have infections in the future.

 Their reason is that the private parts needs to have breathing space at night to cool off and also become dry in other to avoid infections.

Here are some experts advice on what to do at night before going to bed to avoid infections;

“I often tell my patients to sleep without underwear. If [the area] is constantly covered – especially by a fabric that’s not moisture-wicking or absorbent – moisture collects, [creating the] perfect breeding ground for bacteria or yeast” Dr Alyssa Dweck.

She concluded:

“If there’s ever a time to break out the granny panties, this would be it”.

 “More bacteria makes for a higher likelihood that any chafed or irritated skin down there becomes infected” Dr Steixner.

“Cooling down will lower your blood pressure, which in turn helps your body activate its ‘rest and digest system’, otherwise known as the parasympathetic nervous system. Cooling down also helps the body release certain hormones and reparative enzymes,” Shawn Stevenson.

Men were also advised with regards to their scrotum.

“Your scrotum needs to be just the right temperature in order to optimise sperm production” Brian Steixner.
