Olalekan Fadolapo, the Director-General of the Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON), has ordered an immediate dissolution of the Advertising Standard Panel over a controversial billboard mounted in Federal Capital Territory.
The directive was contained in a statement released by the agency today.
