Shehu Sani reacts after Plateau Gov said they have received N2b which includes 52% grants & 48% loan

Shehu Sani, a former lawmaker from Kaduna and member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has responded to the statement made by Caleb Mutfwang, the governor of Plateau State. Mutfwang mentioned that they have received 2 billion naira out of the 5 billion naira that the federal government declared as relief funds.

The governor of Plateau state demonstrated transparency by providing a detailed report on the funds received by the state and how they were utilized.

In a popular video shared by Mutfwang on his official Twitter account, he mentioned that they have received a total of N2 Billion. He explained that this amount consists of 52% as a grant and 48% as a loan.

He mentioned that they have been instructed to allocate N1 billion out of the total N5 billion to purchase rice from local sources.

Nevertheless, the ex-Kaduna Lawmaker responded subsequent to his post.

Shehu Sani inquired if a portion of the money that was distributed is actually a loan.
