Ex-Chelsea Boss Thomas Tuchel Set To Be Deported From The UK
Thomas Tuchel was axed as Chelsea boss earlier this month following a Champions League defeat at Dinamo Zagreb and subsequently replaced by Graham Potter.
The German manager’s sacking appears to still be reverberating as, according to the Telegraph, the ex-Blues boss could be facing deportation from the UK due to Brexit rules.
Tuchel reportedly arrived in Britain on a post-Brexit Body Governing Body Endorsement visa which means he can legally stay in the UK for 90 days after his sacking……….Continue Reading
A representative for the Champions League winning manager told the Telegraph: “We will act in accordance with UK rules and adapt all future plans. Final decisions are not made yet.”
The German is still based in London and his children still attend school in the capital.
Tuchel is believed to be looking for a quick return to football management similarly to when he left Paris Saint-Germain in 2020.
