One of the very qualities that makes a lady beautiful is their physical appearance. Their appearance is not complete without some upstanding curves and shapes. These physical features make them look elegant, beautiful, and attractive to their male counterparts.

As true as this is most ladies do not have these physical attributes some for some reason or the other. This has made a lot of them go for surgeries just to get that perfect look despite the risks that come with such an act.

Nevertheless, saggy breasts are inevitable in some women because some reason why most ladies have this condition is beautiful of their genes. This might come as a surprise but if your mom has saggy breasts, there’s a tendency that you might also have it too.

Some other reasons why most ladies have saggy or fallen breast is because of some activities they engage themselves in also some unhealthy habits. So in this article, I will be exposing some unhealthy habits that can cause a lady to have fallen breasts.

1. Smoking: Smoking is a bad habit that is dangerous to the health as it affects almost all parts of your body negatively, and even your breasts can’t escape the damage smoking does to your body. It accelerates skin aging which weakens and ages skin by decreasing the blood supply to the skin surface. This destroys the elastin which is a protein that helps your skin to remain supple and your breast firm.

2. Wearing an Unsupportive Bra: It is good you wear a supportive bra for all your daily activities. You should not wear a bra you wear for your normal routine to the gym, because wearing a bra that can support you very well during your exercise can make your breasts drop. If your brazier does not hold your breast firmly and it allows your breast to bounce around, the more stressed breast skin and collagen become. So at all times wear a bra that fits your shape and also whatever physical exercise you want to engage in.

3. High-Impact Workouts: Some experts say the kind of exercise you engage in when you are in the gym or jogging can cause your breast to sag. For instance, the back-and-forth repetitive motions that happen when you are running or jogging can lead to a breakdown of breast collagen. This shouldn’t scare you off the track because exercise is good for your body, rather if you want to go out for a run, guard yourself very well or you can go for other exercises that will not make your breasts bounce.
