He cited specific sections of the Electoral Act 2022 to underscore the necessity of these measures.
Momodu’s response to Okoye’s statements was marked by many interpretation. He pointed out that the Presidential Election Tribunal had previously communicated to the Nigerian public that the use of BVAS and real-time results transmission were mere assurances and not obligatory as per the law.
