Emefiele Should List Names Of Those Who Were Shared Money Under Buhari's Administration- Shehu Sani

Former federal lawmaker, senator Shehu Sani has proposed a solution to the controversy surrounding suspended CBN governor, Godwin Emefiele.

He gave his opinion on X formerly known as Twitter after federal government on Tuesday, applied to withdraw the charge of illegal possession of firearm filed against Emefiele.

It was disclosed by Punch, that while speaking with journalists, the Director of Public Prosecutions at the Federal Ministry of Justice, Mohammed Bakodo Abubakar revealed that fresh charges with 20 counts have been filed against the former CBN governor at the Federal High Court in Abuja.

Shehu Sani who has been outspoken on national issues, noted that Godwin Emefiele should mention the names of those that money was shared to under the previous administration.

“The Solution to the problem is simply for the ex CBN Governor to list the names of all those who were shared money under the Buhari administration, and be made to cough out every cents back to the Government; then we can make progress. All this “long grammar” is a waste of time.” He wrote.
