I Watched How Our Constitution Was Turned Upside Down By Those Who Lack Sense Of History – Momodu

According to Vanguard, Dele Momodu, the Director of Strategic Communications for the Atiku/Okowa Presidential Campaign Council, has reacted to the verdict of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal that upheld President Bola Tinubu’s victory.

The five-member PEPT led by Justice Haruna Tsammani, ruled in favor of Tinubu on all petitions filed by the the Allied Peoples Movement, the Peoples Democratic Party and the Labour Party.

During its sitting in Abuja on Wednesday, the tribunal dismissed the petitions submitted by the PDP, LP, and APM.

Momodu, while reacted to the judgement, said that those involved in the process had deliberately turned the Constitution of the country upside down.

He noted that those with good conscience should not be angry with those who delivered the verdict, adding that Nigeria shall be free. Momodu made the statement on his twitter page.

He said, “I watched how our Constitution was turned upside down by those who lack a sense of history and care less about the verdict of history. What all men and women of good conscience should have for them is pity and not anger. Nigeria shall be free.”
