Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission have resorted to checking bags at the venue of the Peoples Democratic Party presidential primary in order to curb vote buying.
The operatives had stormed the MKO Abiola National Stadium, Abuja, earlier to discourage vote buying.
