Rico Swavey, who was incoherent, was shown sitting in a chair while receiving oxygen while staff considered how to transfer him to the Intensive Care Unit on a video that went viral on the Internet.
Because she was dissatisfied with their conduct, one of them had reprimanded her employees for filming him as he struggled for his life in the video.
