PEPT Judgement: 'Peter Obi And Atiku Should Congratulate President Bola Tinubu' -Adewole Adebayo

The presidential election petition tribunal in Abuja has issued its judgment on various petitions challenging Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s victory in the February 25th election. In this ruling, Mr. Peter Obi, Atiku Abubakar, and the APM candidate saw their petitions dismissed.

Former Social Democratic Party presidential candidate Adewole Adebayo has weighed in, affirming the correctness of the judgment. On Twitter as seen in the screenshot below, he referred to the opposition parties’ petitions as “weak” and encouraged them to congratulate President Tinubu.

He stated, “I am not supposed to gloat that I told you so. Today’s judgments dismissing weak petitions are sound in fact and law, in substance, procedures, and conform to the Constitution, Electoral Act, and established precedents. Peter Obi, Atiku should congratulate @officialABAT. 2027”

In my opinion, I kind of accept what Adewole Adebayo is saying because I personally see nothing coming out from this court petition case.
