Following President Bola Tinubu’s unveiling of the assigned roles for the 45 confirmed ministerial candidates on Wednesday, contrasting opinions have emerged. While some citizens find the allocated portfolios satisfactory, Mahdi Shedu has expressed doubt regarding the caliber of individuals chosen and has raised concerns about marginalization.

He said, “Luckily for Nigerians, this perhaps, prayerfully may be the most short-lived cabinet. We pray for that. And after that being short-lived, we hope that Nigerians from the North East, Central, South East, and North West, will think wise, will ack wise, behave wisely, and deliver wisely. But the final point on this ministerial list and portfolio is that it is not only a military man that succeeds in plotting a coup successfully. Civilians like Bola Ahmed Tinubu have perfected the act and skill of executing a civilian coup successfully, seamlessly, and bloodlessly.
