Tears As Reckless Truck Driver Crush 3 People To Death In Ogun

In a news published by Peoples Gazette, 3 travelers met their untimely end after their lives were cut short by a reckless truck driver. According to the news platform, the unfortunate incident occurred at about 07: 15 am around the Obada police station on the Lagos- Abeokuta highway in Ogun State.

According to the FRSC spokesperson, 2 vehicles were involved in the ghastly accident. She revealed that the vehicles involved were a Volvo mini truck with no registration number and a taxi, a Nissan car marked with registration number AKM489ZY.

She explained that a total of 5 make adults were involved in the accident. It was gathered that 3 passengers lost their lives in the accident while 2 others sustained serious injuries.

An eyewitness narrated to journalists that the accident was caused by failure to abide by the rules and regulations guiding the use of traffic on the side of the truck driver. The eyewitness explained that the truck driver took an illegal route in violation of the part the Nissan car driver was moving.

It was gathered that the truck driver lost control while driving and suddenly rammed into the Nissan car. Florence Okpe told journalists that the injured victims were rushed to a General hospital in Abeokuta for medical attention.
