'When My Father Lived In Enugu, We Took Train From Enugu And We Land In My Town In Ede' – Adeleke

Ademola Adeleke, the governor of Osun State, described how, when they were little, his father rode the train with them from Enugu to Ede town in Osun State. In an interview with Channels Tv , he declared his intention to restart railway service in the state. He claims to have discussed how to start the project with the minister of transport, Adegboyega Oyetola.

I’m thinking about using the train as my mode of transportation since it’s the greatest,” he said. When my father was in Enugu during our formative years, we took the train from Enugu and arrived at my hometown of Ede. Additionally, we come over the weekend, so it’s great. I’m discussing how we might do this as a team with certain railway partners. I talked with my predecessor, who is now the transport minister, and told him I backed him. He has to come down now that the election is done so that we can work together.
