  2. Outgoing President and Vice President to bid farewell: The departing President and Vice President will bid their final farewells on this significant day.
  3. Chief Justice to ddminister Oath of Office to President-elect Tinubu:
    President-elect Tinubu will take the oath of office, administered by the Chief Justice, thereby assuming the role of the new President and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
  4. Tinubu to inspect Guards of Honour after swearing-in: Following his official swearing-in, President Tinubu will inspect the Guards of Honour, a customary practice.
