The house was finished, and he stated that it could use a level 4 upgrade, but only Bella and Chichi would live there. The housemates did a fantastic job of presenting themselves when Biggie broke the exciting news that they had won the bet.
The victory means that there will be plenty of food in the future, which should result in less fights over food right now. They produced a house, a turtle, a water filter, and a robot disposal in all.
