The presidential candidate of the PDP visited Oyo state on Wednesday, September 14, to tell the people of the state the plan he has for the country if he’ s voted as the president of Nigeria in 2023.

In response to the statement made by Atiku Abubakar, the governor of the state, Seyi Makinde revealed that Atiku Abubakar promised to unify the people and also to restructure the country if he’ s voted in 2023.

The sitting governor added that it would be impossible for Atiku Abubakar to restructure the country as he is yet to restructure the PDP or allow members of the PDP in the south to occupy important positions.

The statement of the sitting governor is connected to the demand of the Wike’ s group that the chairman must leave his position. In Atiku’ s response, he revealed that the only way to remove the chairman of the PDP is for the constitution of the party to be amended.

A few hours after that, Nwachukwu Anakwenze, a member of the party insisted that the PDP must find a way to solve its crisis or else, it would affect the chances of Atiku in the forthcoming presidential election.
