As a lawyer I can say we never had this level of legal challenge in our presidential election – Sam Amadi

We have never had a legal challenge of this magnitude in our presidential election, according to Sam Amadi, head of the Abuja School of Social and Political Theory.

In an interview with AIT’s Kakaaki segment, Sam Amadi expressed his displeasure with the cabinet portfolios President Tinubu had allocated.

Sam Amadi stated that President Tinubu introduced some great persons in the ministerial portfolio that he offered, citing examples like as Wale Edun, Bosun, Professor Pate, and others who are flourishing in their careers and have accomplished wonderful things. As he put it, “President Tinubu brought some governors who have ‘no’ integrity, incompetent, and all.” He claims that several people on the list are completely unknown, but were included anyhow.

Sam Amadi continued by saying that he sees a team that is looking confused, with some talented players and some there for political reasons, and that this is not good enough.

Remember, this government is up against a formidable legal opponent. As a lawyer, I can declare unequivocally that this type of legal challenge to a presidential election has never arisen in the United States before.
